Attending Australian Technical Colleges, Universities and Schools to attain Australian Recognized Qualifications is usually understood by every one. The web author's reason to present the following chart is to assist the Burmese workers who are working in Australian Industries to acquire the Australian competency recognition solely based on their work experiences and proficiencies and Burmese refugees whose past life and work experiences can be formally recognized and can be trained further to acquire vocational proficiencies to have faster track of resettlement and work in Australia.
The followings are appropriate training systems drawn out from the Australian training packages for Burmese workers intending to work in Australian skills shortage areas and in which currently working persons can have formal recognition based on current work experiences. Relevant training curriculums are selected for Burmese workers’ skills recognition and Burmese refugees vocational Training.

For example, a Burmese refugee in Thai refugee camp will not know how TV video is constructed or will not know how to operate a machine. But his or her experience in digging water well in the village can be formally accessed by using Australian Training Pack-DRT03-Drilling Industry Training Package-Certificate I in Drilling -Water Well.
Similarly, a Burmese farmer who can not have formal schooling or vocational training can have the assessment for life experiences and work skills in AGR05 Agri Food training package.
Similarly, a Burmese who has ever worked in building road can have the assessment for work skills in BCC03 Civil Construction Training package.
In the web page-Burmese Worker Vocational Education in Australia and Burmese Refugee Vocational Education, the web developer presents the appropriate training packages that can be used to provide the Australian vocational training and assessment for life experience and life work proficiencies that have already been possessed by Burmese Workers and Burmese Refugees.
Apart from the definition of Refugee, by preparing the work portfolios for Burmese Refugees, it will be useful for presenting the information about the refugee in the aspects of what the refugee can do in prospective third country including Australia and to assist the refugee to have the skill upgrading training plan consisting of English training.
